Our in-house Genetic Counselors have not only completed master's degrees in science and certification in genetic counseling, they've also been involved on a daily basis with our science and medical teams in building the Navigenics service. So you can rest assured when it comes to helping you understand your Navigenics Health Compass analysis, you have access to and support from top-quality, well-trained resources. Counselors are here for immediate support weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific time, or you can schedule any other time convenient for you.
